Bookings

Tour bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Group sizes are limited to keep tours safe and quiet.

We offer reschedules where possible. Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable depending on guide availability.

Severe weather or track closures may require route changes or rescheduling. Safety comes first.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
